Leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for liquid cooling and power distribution solutions (Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHX), ARCS rack, DLC cold plates, CDUs, PDUs, rack manifolds).
Defines the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive power & cooling products to market aligned to HPE’s HPC & AI portfolio (product configuration mix, revenue/margins, financials, market share).
Collaborates with engineering, design, and operations to translate market requirements (MRD) into clear product requirements, features, and specifications; drives development from concept to launch, meeting quality standards and schedule.
Develops and maintains comprehensive product strategy and multi-horizon roadmap; provides state-of-the-union assessments covering past technologies, future planning, competitors, and vendor landscape.
Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, regulatory and sustainability requirements; converts insights into product development priorities and go-to-market strategies.
Represents HPE’s liquid cooling and power capabilities at industry forums, tradeshows, and customer events; delivers customer-facing presentations and technical enablement for sales and presales teams.
Creates collateral, including performance charts/curves, technical documentation, TCO models, and positioning content; partners with Marketing on messaging and launch deliverables.
Collaborates across the value chain (Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, Finance, Marketing, GTM) to optimize margins, SKU strategy, inventory, pricing, and portfolio health across the lifecycle (plan, develop, launch, manage, exit).
Owns portfolio quality and reliability objectives (validation plans, qualification criteria, field performance monitoring) and drives continuous improvement with vendors/ODMs and internal teams.
Partners with Sales and Customer Success to support strategic deals, reference architectures, and solution sizing for HPC/AI workloads; acts as the technical product evangelist for power & cooling.
