Lead digital solution project

Coordinate with different team in leading digital solution project

Lead team in project planning, product design, product development and roll out.

Organize department CCT, IDB to review project specification and ROI.

Using scrum to lead the IT development activity.

Set up the sprint planning, sprint review, daily standup, team retrospective
•
Communicate with relative stakeholder to get support or update project status.
•
Organize department CCT, IDB to review project specification and ROI.
•
Organize digital tool training to forest digital culture in department
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree, major in computer or IT technology
