The NSF Engineering Research Center, Hybrid Autonomous Manufacturing Moving from Evolution to Revolution (HAMMER-ERC ), is seeking a dynamic individual to provide strategic project management and coordination to support HAMMER‑ERC research development, partnerships, and programmatic initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and roadmap milestones; facilitate collaboration among faculty, industry partners, and workforce development stakeholders to strengthen convergence across the three foundational components of Convergent Research, Innovation Ecosystem, and Engineering Workforce Development; develop and implement processes to support research team formation, project selection, and partner engagement across the HAMMER‑ERC network; coordinate and manage membership activities, invoicing processes, and engagement of Innovation Ecosystem members to support strategic decision-making; support the development of competitive proposals for external funding, including National Science Foundation (NSF)–sponsored initiatives; build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, industry partners, and other external stakeholders to enhance research competitiveness and program visibility; develops and maintains systems, tools, and documentation to support research development activities, reporting, and performance metrics; manage Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU), Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) summer program, and related education and outreach programs; organizes and facilitates meetings, workshops, and outreach activities to advance research development and partnership goals; supports the Administrative Director in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data; manages data entry and submission through the National Science Foundation (NSF) ERCWeb system; coordinates the development and preparation of the Center’s annual report exceeding 800 pages; performs other duties as assigned.
