Skilled in developing presentations and training modules, and in creating project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills to drive creative, continuous improvement of programs and services. Proven track record of collaboration, facilitation, problem solving, marketing, leadership, and partnership management, with strong public speaking, project management, and process improvement abilities. Must be customer oriented, organized, solutions focused, and externally oriented, with a collaborative, team-first approach to all work. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required. Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws. Must be able to perform all assigned responsibilities under “grey sky” requirements and ensure all American Red Cross finance policies and procedures are followed as related to the scope of work activity.
