About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable helper to assist an elderly couple, with primary care focused on the husband who is bedridden. The role involves hands-on personal care along with light household support.
Care Responsibilities
•
Assist the husband with bathroom needs and showers
•
Provide hands-on personal care (bed-level assistance)
•
Perform light housekeeping
•
Support with meal preparation
•
Offer general assistance based on daily needs
Schedule
•
Once per month
•
5–8 hours per shift
Ideal Candidate
•
Comfortable providing care for a bedridden client
•
Patient, attentive, and physically capable
•
Flexible and adaptable to varying needs
•
Experience with personal care and hygiene support preferred
Nice to have
This role is ideal for a helper experienced in bed-level care, who can provide respectful and attentive support while maintaining the client’s comfort and dignity.
