The International Trade Compliance Specialist II is responsible for independently managing assigned trade compliance programs, processes, and workstreams in support of the company’s global import and export compliance programs. This role serves as a subject matter resource to business stakeholders, performing complex trade compliance analysis, evaluating regulatory requirements, identifying compliance risks, and providing practical, risk-based recommendations to support business objectives. The International Trade Compliance Specialist II partners closely with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Legal, customs brokers, and government agencies to drive compliant trade operations, strengthen internal controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role is expected to exercise independent judgment, lead compliance projects, support audits and assessments, and provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members, as appropriate. The Trade Compliance Specialist II may support import and export activities across North America and other international markets and may focus on specific areas of responsibility, including U.S.-Mexico trade operations, global import compliance, customs operations, duty optimization, and regulatory compliance initiatives
