About the role

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•
Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipments.
•
Processes inbound receiving for all departments.
•
Schedules for customer pickups when product is available.
•
Provides the sales department with potential shipping dates for quotes and orders.
•
Reviews open customer orders, creates pick tickets on an as needed basis to efficiently meet customer or shipping date requirements.
•
Processes shipments from information provided on pick lists to produce Delivery Notes.
•
Coordinates the shipping of freight.
•
Generates shipping output documents as required.
•
Generates customer invoicing upon order being shipped.
•
Reviews and audits freight bills for billing accuracy and responds to freight billing inquiries.
•
Tracks and communicates customer and carrier feedback to leadership.
•
Assists with cycle counting and maintaining accurate inventory.
•
Processes stock transfer requests to other locations.
•
Maintains a clean work area and follows safety procedures.
•
Other duties as assigned.
