About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.
•
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
•
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
•
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
•
Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services.
•
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
•
Adhere to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
•
Proactively engage with customers to offer assistance and gather feedback.
•
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•
Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
•
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
•
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
•
Familiarity with common technical troubleshooting steps.
