As Corporate Secretary within the Corporate Legal team, you’ll manage the full spectrum of company secretarial and corporate governance matters across Airwallex’s growing portfolio of licensed entities worldwide. You’ll help keep our global entity structure compliant, well governed, and ready to support the company’s expansion plans. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Legal, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, Finance, Tax, People & Talent and Regulatory Legal, you’ll oversee board and committee governance, entity lifecycle management, statutory compliance and equity administration. This is a chance to build and own the corporate secretarial function for a cross-border fintech operating in over 20 markets.
