Our new Purchasing Manager will be contributing to the implementation of our Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated Resort in Corfu, Ella Elyra, opening its doors in 2027. The Purchasing Manager leads all purchasing functions regarding the hotel’s catering and, in particular, everything related to the timely ordering, qualitative and quantitative receipt, storage, and distribution of products to the hotel’s departments. Maintain constructive relationships with both suppliers and internal customers and aligning all purchasing activities with the resort’s operational, sustainability, and financial goals. The Purchasing Manager is fully responsible for the overall operation, performance, and results of the Warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory control, cost optimization, and compliance with company procedures.
