Schedule:�Evening Shift 11:00am-7:30pm
Reports To:�Senior Director of Surgical Services
Are you a dynamic and experienced RN leader ready to make a meaningful impact in surgical care? Join our team as the�Evening Shift Manager of Surgical Services, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency during evening hours.
Job Summary:
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift.
Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance.
Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Current�North Carolina or Multistate RN licensure�required.
Active�BLS certification.
ACLS Required
CNOR Preferred
Proven experience in�Surgical Services.
Demonstrated�leadership experience�in a healthcare setting.
Strong�organizational,�communication, and�customer service�skills.
Proficient in�computer systems�and healthcare technologies.
