The Foundry/OSAT Manager (Leader, ASIC Engineering) is responsible for the operational success of our packaging programs. You will manage the business and operational relationship with TSMC and OSAT partners, ensuring that capacity, cost, and delivery schedules are met. You bridge the gap between technical requirements and business execution.
The Leader, ASIC Engineering will lead an ASIC engineering team to deliver high-performance, power-efficient, and reliable ASICs for Cisco’s diverse product platforms. They will lead the team in defining, designing, and verifying ASICs and ASIC subsystems to ensure alignment with stringent power, performance, and area (PPA) goals for deployment across Cisco’s platforms. The leader will also drive collaboration cross-functionally to achieve high-volume production with uncompromised quality. They will also define processes, methodologies, and tools for the design and implementation of complex ASIC developments, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation. The leader would also oversee the documentation, development, and validation of ASIC subsystems, ensuring robust designs that meet the demanding requirements of Cisco’s product ecosystem.
