Job Description
We are seeking a learning experience developer to join our award-winning Learning and Development team and help create innovative, performance-focused learning solutions for our Service and Operations organization. In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that improve employee performance, accelerate proficiency, and provide support at the moment of need. Working closely with business partners, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, you will leverage modern learning technologies, digital tools, and emerging capabilities to deliver scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities
Being successful on this team requires the ability to:

Create engaging, performance-focused learning solutions that improve learner outcomes and support business objectives across a variety of delivery modalities
•
Build effective partnerships with instructional designers, subject matter experts, business partners, and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver learner-centered solutions.
•
Manage multiple priorities effectively while navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing business needs, and meeting established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•
Demonstrate initiative and a continuous improvement mindset by exploring new approaches, learning new skills, and embracing opportunities to innovate.
•

•

Technical skills needed:
•
Proficiency in combining text, graphics, video, audio, and interactive elements to create engaging, learner-centered experiences across multiple delivery modalities.
•
Experience using learning development, multimedia, or content authoring tools to create engaging digital learning experiences.
•
Experience creating multimedia assets using a variety of development tools and technologies.
•
Experience developing eLearning courses, storyboards, job aids, performance support resources, assessments, and other learner enablement materials.
•
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting practices.
•
Ability to evaluate, learn, and apply emerging technologies and modern development tools to improve learning effectiveness, scalability, and development efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
•
Experience designing and developing learning solutions, or a degree in instructional design, multimedia design, learning technology, education, or a related field.
•
Demonstrated learning agility and growth mindset, with the ability to quickly learn new skills, adopt new technologies, and adapt to changing business needs.
•
Excellent writing, editing, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
•
Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
•
Demonstrated project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
•
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, challenge conventional approaches, and identify innovative solutions.
•
Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to explore new approaches and ways of working.
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Knowledge of financial services products, service operations, or contact center environments.
•
Experience evaluating and applying emerging technologies, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, learning outcomes, or business performance.
•
Experience with performance consulting and learner-centered design practices.
•
Experience creating digital learning experiences using modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, or content authoring platforms.
•
Experience supporting digital adoption, knowledge management, workforce enablement, or learning transformation initiatives.
•
Experience working with learning, digital adoption, enablement, or workforce productivity platforms.
In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
