Job Description
We’re looking for a Snr Art Directorto drive ideas, craft excellence and creative direction across all channels while providing leadership within our creative team. Providing creative direction, ideation, problem-solving, mentoring and quality control to meet our clients’ requirements, we’re looking for an experienced manager of people- someone who will inspire others, taking our creative to new levels as we continue to grow. You must be extremely creative, dedicated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be a hands-on design leader, spending most of your time creating (around 70%) and the rest (around 30%) mentoring and supporting the team.
This senior-level role, reporting to the Creative Director, balances design execution with creative leadership, elevating craft standards, enhancing ways of working, and owning day-to-day creative delivery. You can manage the design and execution of entire campaigns (not just the production of specific pieces) and demonstrate an ability to keep other team members working alongside you within established deadlines. You demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design software and applications as well as great knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration, 3D and structural. You’ll also play a key role in leading new business efforts, from contributing to standout creative ideas through to confidently presenting and delivering pitches.
Your work will span a diverse range of clients and categories: from brand identity and campaign rollouts to leave-behinds, animation storyboards, conference/event collateral, OOH, experiential, large format, POS, 3D, structural, sales aids, eDMs, and social content.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Deliver best-in-class creative ideas and design across digital and print.
•
Execute solutions from concept to final delivery: typography, branding, campaign rollouts, leave-behinds, animation storyboards, and sales/educational collateral.
•
Develop assets for a wide range of touchpoints: social, eDMs, websites, conference/event materials, OOH, experiential, large format, POS, 3D and structural.
•
Lead and contribute to new business pitches with standout creative ideas, polished execution, and confident delivery.
•
Present and deliver design thinking in client presentations and internal forums, delivering irresistible presentations that showcase solutions and astound clients.
•
Decipher, question, and absorb briefs at client meetings, developing clear ideas with bulletproof rationales and knowing the client’s brand guidelines better than they do.
•
Serve as a key client-facing creative lead, building strong day-to-day relationships, attending status and briefing meetings, and confidently presenting creative work that earns trust and drives results.
•
Go the journey from initial mood boards and scamps, through to supporting the final execution. Live and breathe projects, big and small, approaching each challenge with passion, intelligence and humour.
•
Bring an inquisitive multi-channel mindset and a keen eye for the latest industry trends, helping push clients’ brands forward with big, ideas-led thinking.

Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create, manage, and evolve design systems and collaborative workflows.
•
Embrace and champion AI tools and workflows as part of the creative process exploring how emerging technology can accelerate ideation, enhance output quality and open up new creative possibilities for the team and our clients.
Note on working arrangements
•
The role is expected to be remote; however, some travel to New Jersey, USA, may be required.
•
Availability to work 9am-5pm within the US East Coast time zone is essential
•
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of US regulations, including FDA promotional regulations and the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals
Qualifications
About You
•
8+ years’ experience in a similar Creative role, with a demonstrated track record of conceptualising and executing impactful, engaging creative across platforms. Experience in health/pharma essential.
•
Strong leadership and mentoring experience, able to support and inspire a creative team.
•
A portfolio of previous work that shows the ability to turn a concept into a finished execution—spanning digital, print, OOH, social, campaign, and pitch work.
•
Abundant experience designing for Print, Digital, 3D, Structural, Experiential, Social, Animation, large format, and POS across a wide range of deliverables, including typography, branding, campaign rollouts, leave-behinds, sales aids, animation storyboards, conference/event collateral, eDMs, and OOH.
•
Proven experience leading and delivering new business pitches with confidence.
•
Advanced fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software) highly regarded. Experience in Unreal, After Effects and/or Premiere is a strong advantage.
•
Extensive experience conceptualising and executing your own ideas within established brand guidelines, across campaign concepting, branding, production and multi-channel rollout.
•
A confident communicator who can inspire clients and colleagues alike.
•
A genuine curiosity about AI and its role in the future of creativity — comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted workflows and keen to help build a culture where the team uses these tools thoughtfully and to their full potential.
•
Passionate about ideas and the power of creativity to make real-world impact across any category. Background in retail marketing (online/in-store), OOH advertising, film/TV, gaming or consumer electronics a bonus.
