ALSO is seeking an Engineering Technical Lead – Engineering Triage to build and run the triage function across our embedded firmware, mobile apps, cloud services, and connected vehicle platform. You’ll define the processes, workflows, and tooling that let us investigate, prioritize, and resolve issues fast, working closely with Firmware, Mobile, Cloud, Systems, Product, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Operations, and Program Management to keep quality high and releases moving.
This role is highly cross-functional and hands-on. You should be comfortable solving system-level problems, moving fast in a startup environment, and driving initiatives from identification through implementation on your own. Strong technical range across embedded, mobile, and cloud systems, paired with sharp communication and execution skills, will be key to improving both engineering effectiveness and customer experience.
