KEY FUNCTIONS
•
To sell parts and automotive materials, accessories and products to customers.
•
To check, invoice and deliver parts to the workshop mechanics.
•
To prepare workshop estimates and quotations for external and export customers.
•
To participate in all stocktaking and stock-check exercises when required including the annual stocktaking.
•
To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.
•
To perform any other related duties as directed.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•
Five (5) CXC certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
•
Three (3) years’ work experience in an Automotive Parts Department.
•
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•
Excellent customer service skills.
•
Strong written and oral communication skills.
•
Strong numerical and analytical skills
•
Good negotiation skills.
