Primary Responsibilities
•Setup and maintain incoming material quality control (IQC) operations and related systems (such as SAP/SPACE).
•Review material specifications, drawings, and quality requirements to ensure accurate inspection criteria and system implementation.
•Coordinate and resolve supplier eCOA/internal system issues to ensure smooth WH material release and IQC operations.
•Maintain IQC procedures and work instructions, also co-work with team on new incoming material inspection methods
•Collaborate with Global IQC teams to align system enhancements across sites.
•Support continuous improvement projects related to quality systems, automation, digitalization, and inspection efficiency through AI-Enabled.
•Work closely with Suppliers, PDE, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Global Quality teams to ensure incoming material quality compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & Quality Management, or related fields.
•Experience with SAP, Flow Optimization, Dashboard Development and quality systems.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
•AI Assisted tools application such as Copilot, Open WebUI, RBA,
•Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Python, or equivalent) is a plus.
•Basic English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.

•Working hours may be adjusted to R/E/F Day Shift depending on operational requirements.
•No night shift is required.
