Responsibilities

Lead and support the physical therapy team in daily clinic operations

Provide direct patient care and assist with treatment planning

Ensure documentation, compliance, and patient care standards are maintained

Assist with scheduling flow, patient experience, and clinical performance

Collaborate with leadership to improve clinic efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
•
Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree required
•
At least 2 years of physical therapy experience required
•
Clinical Director or leadership experience preferred
•
Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills

Ability to support both patient care and clinic operations

Schedule and Compensation
•
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
•
Salary: $88,000 to $95,000 annually, negotiable based on experience
•
Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable, up to $10,000
•
Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus equal to 5% of annual salary, paid as 1.25% per quarter
