Key Tasks：
Responsibilities
•
To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in Power industry, understand the customer needs and provide solutions.
•
Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager.
•
Plan and execute high level customer meetings which strongly build up the relationship and motivate the customer.
•
To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel.
•
Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer.
•
Coordinate with central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance.
Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job
Knowledge:
•
5+ years sales or application, technical support experience in power industries;
•
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electric, thermos, process control etc.
Skills:
•
Workable written and spoken English;
•
Good interpersonal communication .
•
Cross-cultural awareness.
•
Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability;
Attitude:
•
Maintain a stable performance under pressure…
•
Customer-orientation and effective communication.
•
Willing to travel.
