Our Opportunity:
As a Staff Engineer, Security Architecture, you will lead the design and implementation of cloud-native security architectures across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. You will serve as a hands-on cloud security expert responsible for developing scalable security controls, driving cloud security strategy, and enabling secure digital transformation across the organization.

You Will Make an Impact By Being Responsible For:
•
Drive the design and implementation of defense-in-depth infrastructure security solutions for customer-facing SaaS platforms across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
•
Lead architecture, implementation, configuration, and automation of native and third-party cloud security solutions for hardening, prevention, detection, logging, and response.
•
Partner closely with CloudOps, DevOps, Engineering, and IT teams to embed DevSecOps practices into cloud operations.
•
Implement and manage cloud security controls including IAM, firewalls, ACLs, WAFs, vulnerability management, container security, and Kubernetes security.
•
Design and enhance cloud-native logging, monitoring, threat detection, and incident response capabilities.
•
Develop cloud security standards, policies, and governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
•
Assist in security incident triage, investigation, containment, and remediation activities.
•
Drive continuous improvement through automation, reporting, and security posture management initiatives.
You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:
•
7-12 years of experience in Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Cybersecurity, or related domains.
•
Strong expertise in AWS Security including IAM, AMI/OS hardening, CNAPP policies, security monitoring, and reporting.
•
Good understanding of AI security concepts and emerging cloud security threats.
•
Experience with cloud logging, monitoring platforms, and threat detection technologies.
•
Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with broad understanding of multi-cloud environments.
•
Proficiency in using security tooling - CNAPP & native cloud security services such as Amazon Inspector & Amazon GuardDuty.
•
Experience securing Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native applications.
•
Strong understanding of IAM, network security, WAF, firewalls, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
•
Experience with automation, scripting (Python/Bash), and DevSecOps practices.
•
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
