Brenntag Turkey is looking for an External Account Manager for Nutrition Team!
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED BUSINESS ACUMEN
Responsibilities
•
Maintain sales activites & conduct customer follow-ups and manage relationships at assigned accounts.
•
Clear track record of driving commercial success in the B2B food industry.
•
Realize personal financial targets and maintaining gross-margin based profit flow in sales.
•
Experience in the food industry, with a strong awareness of market trends and competitors.
•
Manage sales for customer requirements, solve problems, as well as identify and pursue new growth opportunities in food manufacturing market.
•
Enthusiastic to achieve results, conduct effective research to identify new perceptions and customer needs with arranging business meetings with existing clients and new customers.
•
Proactively develope and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory and/or customer segment to drive business growth and market share.
•
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
•
Manage a dynamic opportunity pipeline to achieve growth targets.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Nice to have
•
Bachelors Degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, preferably from reputable universities.
•
At least 5 years of commercial experience in the food industry, preferably with experience in Food Service, Food Ingredients (especially starch) and Food Blends.
•
Fluency in English is a must and during the interview, there will be a speaking session.
•
Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in customer management with excellent communication and process management skills.
•
Strong commercial outlook and a sales approach to account management.
