Competencies
•
Collection and analysis of data related to the supply chain and its sub-levels.
•
Perform process mapping to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain.
•
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop strategies to strengthen sub-level surveys.
•
Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
•
Participate in the implementation of tools and methodologies to improve visibility and risk management in the supply chain.
•
Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in supply chain resilience.
•
Support the customer’s N-tier requirements. Act as a category team leader in mechanical/electrical and advise new college interns.
•
Map supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements that help reduce lead times.
•
Support the development and maintenance of manuals and process documentation, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement.
•
Contribute to the overall data management and data quality of the Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) team, including; miscategorized suppliers, quarterly update and alignment of suppliers and part numbers, data synchronization between SCR tools and platforms (Everstream, Digital Twin, BOM Health, and EDW)
•
Participate in the planning and execution of internal process audits.
•
Lead and support the Vendor Visibility team in processing new NTIER vendor template revisions of source events on the DSPA platform.
•
Ensure overall equipment service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
General Responsibilities
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, or commerce.
•
English at advanced level (C1-B1)
•
Advanced MS Management (Excel)
•
SCM Experience
•
Data Analytics Expertise
