C. JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
1.
Provide the required administrative and secretarial support for committee/departmental meetings, which include, but not limited to: Executive Performance Improvement Committee, Performance Improvement Committee, Orthopedic Departmental meeting.
2.
Recording and transcription of minutes.
3.
Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Director of Orthopedics.
4.
Provide administrative support for Performance Improvement Manager.
5.
Data entry of all Core Measures which include SCIPS, HF, AMI and Pneumonia.
6.
Update and maintain physician quality assurance files.
7.
Assist with special projects as so required within the Medical Staff Administration and Credentialing Areas.
Part II: Employee Performance Standards
