As a Student Analyst, Business Performance and Analytics, you will play an active role in supporting BDC managers and executives through business intelligence, performance and financial analysis, as well as create dashboards that help guide strategic and operational decisions.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of data analysis, business intelligence and financial performance. You will contribute to the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of analytical models, Power BI dashboards and performance measurement tools that support several BDC business lines, including Financing, Growth and Transition Capital, and Advisory Services. You will analyze and connect data from multiple BDC ecosystems, including loan portfolio activity, authorization volumes, employee and business unit performance, incentive plan models, and operational performance indicators.
