The EIA Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects in Ireland, acting as the primary interface between clients, internal technical teams, and external stakeholders. The role focuses on programme delivery, coordination of multidisciplinary inputs, budget management, and quality assurance, ensuring EIARs are delivered in line with Irish regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
•
Lead and manage EIA projects from inception through submission and post‑submission support.
•
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
•
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Desirable
•
Experience delivering EIAs for renewable energy, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
•
Familiarity with An Bord Pleanála processes and strategic infrastructure development.
•
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. IEMA, RTPI).
•
Experience supporting bids and framework delivery.
