About the role
You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
•
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
•
Execute the strategy for the customer
•
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
•
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

More about this role
Deliver consistent commercial results for assigned key accounts through effective relationship management, disciplined execution of approved strategies, and efficient management of budgets, forecasts, and internal sales processes. Contribute to strategic planning and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
What you need to know about this position:
•
Establish and maintain sound professional relationships with assigned customers’ key decision-makers.
•
Contribute to preparing key accounts strategy and customers’ growth plans; ensure their implementation once approved.
•
Follow defined account strategy; negotiate with assigned customers on account plans for effective and efficient implementation, as well as execution of quarterly brands’ support plans.
•
Follow integrated processes with other functions in terms of sales and investments forecasting, trade equipment planning, as well as reporting on execution, keeping to defined timeframes. Suggest improvements.
•
Effectively and efficiently manage the budget based on ROI principles; suggest the reallocation between the customers to facilitate the growth.
•
Effectively administrate the sales and payments process via internal systems, as well as ensure sufficient communication and documentation exchange with customers.
•
To conduct other instructions, tasks, and orders of the manager within the limits of the activities of the functions performed.
•
To know the limits of the responsibility of the ethics and legality of your position; report violations of the code of ethics and legality.
•
To ensure compliance of duties, functions, activities with the vision and values of Mondelēz International, the requirements of Food Safety, quality, environmental, occupational safety and health management systems, the requirements of laws, regulations, Mondelēz International Privacy Policy, the company’s business legality and code of ethics, data protection principles and other internal policies and procedures of Mondelēz International.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
•
Min. 3 years of experience in FMCG business;
•
Solid knowledge of market specifics, trade structure, brands/products and competition in FMCG sector;
•
Min. 1 years of experience in Key Accounts’ management and negotiations;
•
Bachelor degree in the fields of Business Administration/ Management/ Commerce/Finance. MBA preferred.
•
English fluent (speaking, writing), Russian preferred.
