To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor’s degree or above in NDT, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Material, Mechatronics, or other related engineering disciplines.
· Have a solid understanding of mechanical design, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
· Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design, development, or commissioning of automatic machinery and equipment.
· Be familiar with mechanical systems, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, PLCs, or industrial automation applications.
· Have experience in customized equipment development, machine integration, or production automation projects is preferred.
· Have knowledge of NDT systems or ultrasonic testing (UT) equipment is a plus.
· Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering team.
· Be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
· Be willing to travel and take challenges. Have a sense of accountability and ownership. Be proactive, positive and productive.
