The Database Analyst should:

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Microsoft Access Developer experience
• Experience with Excel spreadsheet development and analysis
• Relational database design experience, including unique identifiers and relational table creation
• VBA knowledge and application
• Advanced reporting experience
• Ability to create complex IF statements and calculated fields
• Ability to create macros
• Knowledge of importing and linking various data sources, including Excel and Access
• Experience writing procedures
• Experience manipulating data within Excel and other file formats to prepare data for Access databases
• Extensive experience with database technologies
• Ability to learn and demonstrate an understanding of employee benefits insurance terminology, products, and services
• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Work is performed predominantly in an office environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
