To support Country Commercial/Technical Service Teams/Strategic Marketing Team across Asia Pacific Region in delivering inorganic business growth through Rigids applications or products development, or in sustaining existing business through resolving long-haul customer production problems.

Main Interfaces: Commercial/TS Teams/ Strategic Marketing Team in Asia Pacific Region, and Global Research Team.

4. Principal Accountabilities:

1)
EHS and Business Conduct Compliance (10%)
•
Comply and ensure zero reportable EHS incident and no breach of Corporate Business
Conduct policy and regulations.
2)
Technical (Application and Product) Development (70%)
- Carry out the Rigids Development Projects especially for construction insulation assigned and instructed by Technical Manager.
- In collaboration with the relevant Country Commercial/TS Teams and Strategic Marketing Team, and ultimately contribute to the generation of sales.
3)
Technical Assets (20%)
- Operate and maintain equipment for Rigids applications in proper manners.
5 years’ technical development or technical service related experience in Rigids fields or polyurethane industries with proven track record, and preferably with multi-national companies.
