[What you will be working on]
We are looking for a Director / Deputy Director, Product Management to join our team at Singapore Tourism Board (STB). This is a role for someone who operates at the intersection of deep product craft, strategic leadership, and organisational influence — someone who doesn’t just build great products, but shapes how an entire department thinks about and delivers them.
As Deputy Director / Director, Product Management, you will shape and deliver a portfolio of digital products that support STB’s tourism transformation across digital priorities: deliver data analytics to drive tourism business growth, improve tourism industry productivity, augment visitor experience, enhance business engagement and drive employee. As a senior leader, you will mentor the next generation of product leaders, and drive alignment across teams on strategy, execution, and culture. You will be expected to lead through influence as much as through authority, and to leave the organisation meaningfully better than you found it.
