As Lead Integrator, AI Transformation, you’ll play a pivotal role in one of the most strategically important transformations within Business & Commercial Banking. We’re reshaping how we deliver lending for our Business Banking and SME customers, improving speed, transparency and reliability across the end-to-end lending journey.

In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of business, product and technology. You’ll coordinate complex, cross-platform transformation, bringing together priorities, backlogs, dependencies and delivery teams to accelerate outcomes. Working across multiple platforms and partner groups, you’ll help develop how AI capabilities are embedded into customer journeys and how AI-enabled ways of working transform the way products and services are delivered across the organisation.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong commercial thinking, a product approach and the ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable customer, colleague and business value.
