We are seeking an Associate to join our Boston or Washington, DC team. This is a hybrid position that requires three days in the office per week and two days of remote work.
This role provides day-to-day support to our client teams, with responsibility for research, written products, and project coordination across a portfolio of advocacy campaigns, and reports to the Principal or Director leading each client team.
The Associate will help build and execute work plans, produce the memos, decks, and research that drive strategy, and serve as a reliable point of coordination across internal teams and external partners. Our campaigns win by assembling coalitions that reach well beyond any single party or ideology, and this role sits at the center of that work, engaging allies, validators, and stakeholders across the political spectrum. This requires curiosity, sound judgment, and a working knowledge of the tools and tactics that move decisionmakers.
This is a role for someone early in their career who is versatile and steady under deadline, and who wants direct exposure to big-picture policy and strategy alongside some of the nation’s top political, policy, and thought leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in conservative advocacy, campaigns, coalition building, or communications/media.
