* Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 1-3 years of experience in electronic repair, troubleshooting, or rework within a manufacturing or service environment.
* Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.), and their functions.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-7711/7721) is a plus.
