The Director of Corporate Affairs will lead integrated internal and external communications for the U.S. Neuropsychiatry Franchise, including a commercialized medicine for postpartum depression (PPD). Serving as the franchise’s strategic communications lead, this individual will develop and execute programs that support business objectives, strengthen corporate reputation, advance disease awareness, and improve patient understanding of treatment options.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience supporting commercialized medicines and translating complex clinical and scientific information into compelling narratives and messages that resonate with priority stakeholder audiences, including patients, healthcare professionals, advocacy organizations, and media. Leveraging a broad range of channels, including earned media, digital, social media, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement, the Director will create measurable impact for patients and the business.
This individual will also lead innovative patient- and physician-focused campaigns to increase awareness of PPD, reduce stigma, and encourage action that improves patient outcomes. Through collaboration with advocacy organizations, professional societies, and other partners, the Director will help advance initiatives that support individuals affected by PPD and broader neuropsychiatric conditions.
The role sits on the U.S. Neuropsychiatry Franchise Leadership Team and is part of the Global Corporate Affairs organization, reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, North America.
