Own Data Architecture & AI Platform Strategy: Own Crosswalk’s data architecture and lakehouse strategy, ensuring clinical, operational, and AI data assets are modeled, governed, and scalable to support analytics, interoperability, and secure data use across the enterprise.
Build, Not Just Direct: Prototype and build alongside the team, driving AI-enabled product development hands-on, with a genuine pulse on where the technology is heading.
Own IT Operations & Security: Ensure reliability, security, and performance — including cybersecurity posture, relevant compliance frameworks, and data privacy — across the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Manage Vendor & Technology Partnerships: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners, making sound build-vs-buy decisions as Crosswalk’s technology ecosystem scales.
Define the AI-Native Product Lifecycle: Set the product development lifecycle for an AI-native environment — roadmap prioritization, delivery cadence, and cross-functional coordination.
Represent Crosswalk Externally: Serve as a credible, compelling voice for Crosswalk’s technology and product strategy with the board, investors, and key partners.
