As an Assistant Sales Manager - Bulk on Site, you will drive revenue growth by securing high-value, long-term bulk and on-site gas supply contracts across Eastern Thailand, such as Samut Prakan, Rayong, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri etc. You will expand market share, manage strategic industrial accounts—including Chinese-invested manufacturing plants—and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized technical and commercial solutions that align with corporate objectives.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Analyze market positioning, competitor databases, and industry trends to assist in defining long-term development plans.
•
Identify and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities within target industries, including Electronics, Petrochemicals, Automotive, and Manufacturing.

Build and maintain strong networks with prospective customers, industry stakeholders, and government agencies to unlock new pipelines.
•
Deeply understanding clients needs to develop tailored, competitive technical and commercial gas supply solutions.
•
Facilitate the client decision-making process by preparing comprehensive project proposals and presentations.
•
Lead negotiations for complex, long-term bulk and on-site supply agreements, ensuring profitability and policy compliance.
•
Build and sustain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, such as Plant Managers and Procurement Directors.
•
Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to design and execute customized engineering solutions.
•
Monitor key account statuses continuously to resolve issues, settle disputes, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Support the Account Management team in defending the existing client base and ensuring rigorous contract follow-up.
Are you a MATCH?
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Master of Business Administration is preferred.
•
Minimum 5–7 years of successful B2B solution sales, key account management, or business development experience.
•
Proven track record within the Industrial Gases, PCB, PCBA, or EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) sectors will be an advantage.
•
Possesses strong financial acumen (including P&L and CAPEX/OPEX), strategic thinking, and advanced commercial negotiation skills.
•
Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with Chinese investors and counterparts.
•
Fluent English skills are required for internal management reporting and global organizational alignment.
•
Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transportation for frequent local travel across assigned work regions.
