Baystate Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Center for Young Children and Families (CYAF) outpatient facility in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our CYAF provides comprehensive mental health care to families with children under 5 years of age experiencing behavior problems, anxiety, depression, stress and trauma, attachment difficulties, and parenting challenges. Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team such as primary care providers, medical specialists, medication providers, community agencies, schools, and other members of the care team, we deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that supports both mental health and overall wellness.
The Behavioral Health Clinician role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful psychotherapeutic treatment while collaborating across disciplines to help patients and families achieve measurable treatment goals. Clinicians bring master’s-level expertise in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, therapeutic modalities, developmental stages, cultural competence, ethical practice, and treatment planning to a collaborative outpatient environment.
