A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Automation Specialist to join our state-of-the-art, single-use multiproduct facility in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
The DeltaV Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the Emerson DeltaV DCS, providing technical expertise across all DeltaV systems and supporting both existing products and new product introductions (NPIs).
As a key member of the Manufacturing Automation team, you will work closely with OEM Automation (Siemens), MES (PAS-X), Engineering, Operations, Quality, Validation, and Global Technology teams to ensure reliable and compliant system performance.
Acting as the site’s DeltaV subject matter expert, you will drive automation performance while maintaining inspection-ready systems aligned with the site’s EHS, Quality, People, and Delivery objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement.
Based within the Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) team, the role involves extensive collaboration across Self-Directed Work Teams (SDWTs) and cross-functional groups to resolve complex automation challenges and support both sustaining operations and business-critical projects.
