A respected not-for-profit health system in Middle Tennessee is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist to join a thriving, hospital-employed practice. Position Highlights & Financial Package

100% Outpatient Practice: Enjoy a predictable clinical schedule with potential hybrid telemedicine options available.

Competitive Compensation: $330,000 base salary plus additional production bonuses.
•
Substantial Sign-On Incentive: $50,000 sign-on bonus.
•
Fellowship Support: Up to $15,000 fellowship stipend for candidates currently completing training.
•
Student Loan Assistance: Direct loan repayment assistance + Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility.
•
Housing Stipend: Up to $1,000/month in housing assistance for up to two years.
•
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes full health, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice coverage with tail insurance included.
