In this role, you’ll work closely with study teams, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to prepare, negotiate, and manage site agreements and related contracts.
What you’ll be doing:
•
Prepare, review and negotiate site agreements, confidentiality agreements and other clinical trial contracts
•
Track contract status and ensure timely execution to support study timelines
•
Maintain accurate contract documentation and updates in internal systems
•
Support contract approvals and ensure compliance with SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines
•
Work closely with clinical teams, legal and project stakeholders to minimise delays
•
Identify and escalate risks or issues during the contracting process
•
Provide regular updates on contract status and progress
What we’re looking for:
•
Bachelor’s degree (law, life sciences, business or similar) or equivalent experience
•
1–2+ years of experience in contracts, clinical research, or a related field
•
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
•
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
•
Interest in contract negotiation and clinical trial processes
