Responsibilities
•
Lead and develop the portfolio strategy for China consumer health care (CHC) portfolios.
•
Analyzes the relevant CHC portfolio, market, and competitors to develop GTM plans and storytelling that drive category growth (consumer skin care & consumer first-aid)
•
Portfolio Management/LCM, owning the profit center business results including topline sales, std GM% as well as pricing.
•
**CHC portfolio NPI Pipeline & Launch:** Understands consumer behavior and identifies unmet needs, to lead local NPIs and influence global team in product global innovation. Launches new products with a comprehensive marketing plan.
•
Responsible for achieving the standard margin of the profit center by establishing a base price strategy for each portfolio.
•
Develops a price increase plan to optimize margins and counteract inflation or changes in costs.
