Job Description
Responsibilities
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
•
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and clients.
•
Prepare meeting rooms before meetings and clean them afterward.
•
Manage pantry supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
•
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
•
Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and office supplies when required.
•
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
•
Handle office equipment and company property carefully.
•
Follow workplace health, safety, hygiene, and confidentiality requirements.
•
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
•
Minimum secondary-school education preferred.
•
Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
•
Basic English communication skills.
