What You’ll Do
•
Coordinate installation, service, and sales schedules
•
Process payroll, invoices, payments, deposits, and collections
•
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash
•
Support inventory control and vendor orders
•
Handle customer inquiries and service requests
•
Maintain accurate records and update company systems
•
Partner with the Branch Leader to keep daily operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
•
Administrative or office support experience
•
Experience with payroll, scheduling, AP/AR, collections, or related functions
•
Strong organization and prioritization skills
•
High attention to detail and accuracy
•
Excellent customer service and communication skills
•
Comfortable using multiple computer systems and software applications
•
Team-oriented with a positive, resourceful approach
