Responsibilities
(Key Responsibilities):
1.
He/ She has responsibility to handle all claims and cooperate with the insurers and/ or surveyors for onsite claim investigation; and to monitor the performance of the insurers/ surveyors to ensure the claims are effectively processed. Settlement is fair, reasonable and paid within timeframe for the best benefits to our clients.
2.
He/She has to assist a claim manager for managing and reviewing the service strategy for efficient claim services

He/She also has to supervise a team member for problem solving and ensure that claim process runs smoothly.
4.
He/ She has to cooperate with the UW team or Account Handler, to provide insurance claim advisory, including claim report, claim process presentation.
5.
He/She has to assist the clients in reviewing the documentations for claim notification; to provide a professional service to the clients and resulting in build up the opportunity of acquiring a new business.
6.
He/ She also has to perform and follow company core value and comply with the company policy, moral and ethics and other works which direct leader assign.
