Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Developer 2 to be part of making this happen.

Role Overview

Arctic Wolf is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Developer 2, You will work across the full technology stack—building scalable backend services, modern user experiences, and cloud-native solutions. In addition to delivering high-impact features, you will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate across teams to shape the technical direction of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack features across the pipeline platform.

 Architect and build scalable backend services using Go, Python (Optional – React ).

 Design robust APIs and build scalable microservices that integrate with databases and event-driven.

 Drive architectural discussions and make technical decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

 Own major product features end-to-end, from design through deployment and operational support.

 Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

 Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, automated testing,CI/CD, and operational best practices.

 Lead and Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of

collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

 Partner with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and other engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications  8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.  Strong experience building production-grade applications across both frontend and backend technologies.

 Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go and Python (Bonus -

React).

 Experience designing and building REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.

 Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

 Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

 Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best

practices.

 Strong system design, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

 Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence engineering decisions across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience building enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity products.

 Experience driving architectural improvements and reducing technical debt.

 Familiarity with observability platforms, monitoring, logging, and production operations.

 Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives in Agile environments.
