The Coupang Intelligent Cloud (CIC) organization is building the next-generation cloud platform that powers Coupang’s rapidly expanding business. CIC provides the foundational infrastructure, cloud services, platform capabilities, and operational excellence that enable engineering teams across the company to innovate at scale.
As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, you will drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, compute, networking, storage, AI infrastructure, platform services, operational excellence, reliability, capacity management, and cloud business growth. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, principal engineers, product leaders, finance, security, and operations teams to define strategy, build execution plans, and deliver business-critical outcomes.
This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, organizational leadership, operational rigor, and strategic thinking. You will lead complex programs that influence the direction of CIC, establish scalable operating mechanisms, and ensure alignment across multiple organizations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while driving execution with urgency and accountability.
