Where You’ll Work
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in New Jersey with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Why This Role Matters
As our Corporate Account Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind deepening and expanding Litera’s relationships with existing law firm clients. Your ability to build trust, uncover needs, and position the right solutions will directly grow revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships that fuel Litera’s market leadership. By working cross-functionally with teams across sales, product, and customer success, you’ll ensure our clients get maximum value from our platform while opening new opportunities for growth. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and wants to make a measurable difference from day one.
What You’ll Deliver
•
Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth across your territory
•
Build trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders at each account, becoming the go-to partner for their legal technology needs
•
Uncover and close cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base, expanding Litera’s footprint across firms
•
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that align cross-functional resources to maximize deal velocity
•
Deepen client partnerships by connecting customer objectives to Litera’s technology roadmap and business value
•
Translate complex legal technology solutions into clear business outcomes that resonate with decision-makers

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
•
5+ years of progressive sales experience with a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding quota
•
Experience selling SaaS to law firms, legal departments, or equivalent professional services personas
•
Experience with account expansion and cross-sell motions within an existing customer base
•
Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
•
Strong active listening and consultative selling skills
•
Proficiency with Salesforce and standard business tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Nice to have
Nice-to-Haves:
•
Experience developing territory and account plans with cross-functional teams
•
Comfort operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
•
Background in legal technology or adjacent B2B SaaS verticals
•
Track record of evangelizing new technology solutions to skeptical buyers

Pay Transparency Notice for New Jersey Applicants:
The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 with an OTE of $200,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and incentive and recognition programs. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
