Proven experience supporting construction or large-scale projects, including bid tracking, submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing/pay applications, permits, compliance documentation, and contract
Ability to manage high volumes of detailed documentation, coordinate multiple business units or locations, maintain logs (insurance, bonding, subcontracts, drawings, permits), and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across project lifecycles.
Hands-on experience with subcontract billing (lump sum, T&M, GMP, cost-plus), SOVs, lien waivers, certified payroll, OCIP/CCIP requirements, bonds, certificates of insurance, and contractual obligations.
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and trainings, supervise and train staff, manage schedules, support employee development, conduct check-ins and performance evaluations, and act as a leadership backup when needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, construction management, or a related field; strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with reports, presentations, and correspondence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
