Requirements
•
Active Kentucky clinical license in good standing
•
Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Must be eligible to provide supervision under Kentucky board requirements
