About Firefly 2D and 3D Object Compositing: Gen AI with Adobe Firefly makes object compositing at scale finally a reality. For any companies that produce physical products (e.g., board games, cosmetics, automobiles, computers), the need to display those products in various environments is evergreen. Usually that required taking the actual product and photographing it, in order for the product to show up correctly in the final image. Now, with object compositing from Firefly Services, these companies can not only produce 3D digital twins or take 2D product photography and seamlessly harmonize it into a setting/background of their choosing, they can do so at scale while getting all the aspects of shadows, lighting, reflections, etc. correct.
About the role
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive product strategy and go-to-market success for Firefly 2D and 3D Object Compositing. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of our innovative AI-powered solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our enterprise customers and align with Adobe’s overall strategy. The area of object compositing is one of the most important ‘bets’ the business is making this year.
What you’ll do
•
Develop deep knowledge of the business and be the expert in market trends, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers
•
Empower our sales team to progress deals, through enablement and hands-on coaching
•
Compose compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials that resonate with target audiences.
•
Build and manage influential sales tools including value calculators, discovery guides, and data sheets
•
Launch key product releases and drive adoption via sales, customer and partner activations
•
Understand the competitive landscape and train sales to win against competitors
•
Develop strategic plans, market positioning, and value propositions
•
Be a powerful storyteller with expertise on customer empathy, motivations, and challenges
Requirements
•
BS/BA and 5+ years related work experience required, MBA a plus.
•
Experience in product marketing including proven success in messaging, storytelling, sales enablement and business analysis
•
Experience marketing world-class Software-as-a-Service products.
•
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
•
Experience presenting to large and small audiences both live and virtual
•
Ability to work across organizational lines and influence peers and executives
•
Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment
•
Highly skilled at critical decision-making
•
Experience marketing and selling to both large enterprises and scaling a high volume/velocity software business a plus

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 – $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
